We support supplier sourcing across Europe, China, Turkey and India. The objective is not to provide the longest possible supplier list. It is to identify relevant candidates and create a structured basis for the buyer's next procurement decision. A company name in a database is not a sourcing result. For an industrial buyer, the relevant question is whether a potential manufacturer can reasonably be considered against the actual procurement requirement. ArcMoni starts with the RFQ and defines the search around factors such as:

Where the requirement is incomplete, clarification may be more useful than distributing an RFQ prematurely.
Our Supplier Sourcing Process
1. RFQ & Requirement Review
We review the information provided by the buyer and identify the criteria that materially affect supplier selection. This creates the search brief.
2. Sourcing-Market Definition
Where the buyer has not already selected a country, relevant sourcing markets can be considered against the requirement. ArcMoni supports supplier sourcing across Europe, China, Turkey and India. The sourcing geography should follow the RFQ rather than an assumption that one market is universally cheaper, faster or better.
3. Manufacturer Identification
Potential manufacturers and industrial suppliers are researched in the relevant market. Existing contacts may be considered where relevant, but the search is not limited to a predefined supplier network.
4. Initial Screening
Potential suppliers can be screened against available project criteria before unnecessary RFQs are distributed. This may consider available evidence concerning product relevance, manufacturing processes, company profile, location and obvious capability gaps. Initial screening is not the same as Supplier Verification.
5. RFQ & Supplier Clarification
Relevant candidates receive the procurement requirement and outstanding questions are coordinated. Supplier responses may reveal differences that were not visible during initial research.
6. Commercial & Technical Comparison
ArcMoni can structure information received from suppliers so the buyer can compare:

7. Supplier Verification Where Required
A supplier responding positively to an RFQ is not automatically a qualified supplier. Where the procurement risk justifies it, ArcMoni can perform structured Supplier Verification.
8. Factory Assessment Where Required
Where documentary evidence is insufficient, an independent on-site Supplier Audit / Factory Assessment can be coordinated to obtain additional evidence about manufacturing capability, processes, equipment and relevant controls.
9. Negotiation & Procurement Support
After the buyer identifies the preferred supplier, ArcMoni can continue supporting commercial negotiation and subsequent procurement stages within the agreed scope. Final commercial approval and purchase commitment remain with the client.

More Than a Supplier List
Supplier sourcing should create a basis for decision-making. A shortlist is more useful when the buyer can understand:
- why each candidate was selected
- what the supplier has actually confirmed
- what remains unclear
- where offers differ
- which claims require verification
- which next control is justified
This is the difference between supplier research and a simple directory search.
Direct Manufacturer Relationships
For industrial procurement, ArcMoni prioritises direct manufacturer sourcing where that structure is relevant to the requirement. However, manufacturer status should be established through evidence rather than assumed from a website, quotation or sales presentation. Where the relationship between a trading entity, group sales company and factory is material, it can be investigated as part of Supplier Verification. A legitimate intermediary is not automatically unsuitable. The relevant issue is whether the commercial and manufacturing structure is understood and acceptable for the buyer's requirement.
Alternative Supplier & Second-Source Sourcing
Supplier sourcing is not limited to first-time procurement. ArcMoni can support searches for alternative manufacturers when:
- an incumbent supplier becomes commercially uncompetitive
- delivery performance deteriorates
- quality performance creates concern
- additional production capacity is required
- procurement wants to reduce single-source dependency
- another sourcing geography is being evaluated
- a second-source strategy is required
- a supplier relationship is being replaced
An alternative supplier should still be evaluated against the actual requirement rather than assumed equivalent to the incumbent.

Country sourcing is not the same process with a different country name. Supplier landscape, manufacturing capability, commercial conditions, documentation, logistics and procurement controls can differ by market and project.
Supplier Sourcing vs Supplier Verification
Supplier Sourcing asks: Which suppliers could potentially meet this requirement? Supplier Verification asks: What can we establish about a supplier already under consideration? A sourcing project may lead into verification, but the services should not be presented as interchangeable.
Supplier Sourcing vs Supplier Audit
Supplier Sourcing identifies potential candidates. A Supplier Audit / Factory Assessment examines relevant manufacturing evidence at an identified facility. An audit is therefore not a substitute for the search process, and a sourcing shortlist is not proof of factory capability.
Technical Responsibility
ArcMoni can collect supplier specifications, coordinate technical questions, compare responses and identify discrepancies. ArcMoni does not replace the client's engineering authority. Final approval of:

- samples

- machines or technical solutions
remains with the client or its qualified technical representative.
What Supplier Sourcing Cannot Guarantee
A sourcing project cannot guarantee that every identified candidate will:
- quote
- accept the required quantity
- meet the target price
- pass verification
- demonstrate the required manufacturing capability
- satisfy technical approval
- maintain future capacity
- perform successfully after order placement
Supplier sourcing reduces search uncertainty and creates a structured basis for further qualification. It does not eliminate procurement risk.
