ArcMoni was built around a different operating model: one procurement function supporting the buyer across the supplier-management process. Supplier sourcing is therefore only the beginning. The broader objective is to give the buyer structured information, local supplier-management support and continuity from RFQ through execution and delivery.

ArcMoni does not operate as a supplier marketplace, supplier directory or product catalogue. We start with the client's procurement requirement. Depending on the project, this may include:

A central ArcMoni principle is that supplier information should not be treated as equally reliable. A supplier statement is not the same as independently verified information. A document supplied by a factory is not necessarily the same as information independently confirmed through an appropriate source. A production-capacity claim is not automatically established simply because it appears in a supplier presentation. ArcMoni therefore distinguishes between different evidence statuses and documents material uncertainty where appropriate. Depending on the completed activity, information may be classified as independently verified, directly observed, document reviewed, supplier declared or not verified. The objective is not to create an artificial guarantee. It is to give the buyer a clearer basis for deciding what should happen next.
