ArcMoni procurement specialists reviewing supplier documentation on the factory floor

Industrial Procurement &
Supplier Sourcing

ArcMoni supports European manufacturers and industrial companies with international supplier sourcing and procurement across Europe, China, Turkey and India. We work on the buyer's side: you contract with and pay the selected manufacturer directly, while ArcMoni manages the agreed sourcing, supplier verification and procurement activities.

Why Companies Use ArcMoni as an External Procurement Partner

01

Direct supplier relationship

you buy from the selected manufacturer and normally pay the supplier directly.

02

Transparent commercial structure

ArcMoni's service fee is agreed separately from the supplier's product price.

03

Buyer-side representation

we work against your RFQ and procurement requirements rather than selling inventory or pushing a product catalogue.

04

Local supplier management

supplier communication, verification, factory assessment, production follow-up and inspections can be coordinated in the sourcing market.

05

One procurement process

sourcing, negotiation support, supplier controls and delivery coordination can remain connected instead of being managed as unrelated services.

Problems

  • Limited visibility into unfamiliar suppliers
  • Difficult technical and commercial comparison
  • Long-distance supplier communication
  • Production delays and unresolved deviations
  • Fragmented inspection and logistics coordination

How We Solve It

  • Research suppliers against your RFQ
  • Verify supplier identity and relevant evidence
  • Structure technical and commercial information for buyer review
  • Support negotiation and supplier communication
  • Monitor production and coordinate inspections where required
  • Coordinate supplier-side delivery information with appointed logistics providers

A Structured Process, Not a Fixed Package

Not every project needs every ArcMoni service. The scope should reflect the product, supplier, procurement value and actual risk.

See the Full Process

Industries

Specialised procurement support for defined industrial requirements, from industrial equipment and machinery to metals, chemicals and heavy machinery.

Sourcing Markets

ArcMoni supports supplier sourcing and procurement across Europe, China, Turkey and India, matched to your RFQ and supplier requirements.

A Clear Buyer-Supplier-ArcMoni Relationship

You remain the buyer. The manufacturer remains the supplier. ArcMoni manages the procurement process on your side.

Buyer

Selects the supplier, approves technical and commercial terms, places the order and normally pays the manufacturer directly.

Supplier

Supplies the goods and invoices the buyer directly under the agreed commercial terms.

ArcMoni

Provides the separately agreed sourcing, verification and supplier-management services.

Logistics

Freight forwarders, laboratories and other specialist providers perform and charge for their own services according to the agreed project structure.

ArcMoni does not need to buy and resell the goods in order to manage the procurement project.

Why Work With Us

ArcMoni combines international supplier access with a structured buyer-side procurement process.

Industrial Lubricants Procurement from Germany to Kazakhstan

Client Profile: Fuel-station network with commercial-vehicle oil-change service (Kazakhstan) Year: 2020 Scope: Sourcing Shell lubricants from a German distributor, with supplier verification, negotiation and logistics coordination A Kazakhstan fuel-station network required a reliable source of Shell lubricants from Germany for its commercial-vehicle oil-change service. The procurement work included supplier research, verification of potential distributors, commercial comparison, negotiation, assortment coordination, documentation and payment coordination. After logistics problems affected the first shipment, the process was expanded to include logistics coordination through an experienced transport partner. The client paid the German supplier directly. Logistics services were also paid directly to the logistics provider. The procurement work was performed for a separately agreed service fee. This case is based on procurement work completed by ArcMoni's founder in 2020, before the ArcMoni brand was established.

Delivery time cut from approximately one month to approximately one week after logistics coordination was brought into the managed procurement scope

From Supplier Search to German Distribution: NXTZEN Automotive Care Products

Client Profile: Automotive-care distributor (RBK Style, Germany) Year: 2022 Scope: International supplier search, negotiation and distribution development for an Australian automotive-care brand entering the German market In 2022, while working as Procurement Manager at RBK Style, ArcMoni's founder led an international supplier-search and negotiation project to establish a new automotive-care product distribution channel in Germany. After an earlier sourcing strategy involving a Russian manufacturer was discontinued following the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the search was redirected to alternative international manufacturers. The project resulted in a distribution arrangement with Australian automotive-care brand NXTZEN and the import of its products from Australia to Germany. This case is based on procurement and business-development work completed by ArcMoni's founder while employed as Procurement Manager at RBK Style, before the ArcMoni brand was established.

Alternative international manufacturer identified and onboarded after the original Russian supplier route was discontinued

Heavy Machinery & Mining Equipment

Used Metso Mobile Crusher Procurement from Germany to Moldova

Client Profile: Aggregates and quarry company (Moldova) Year: 2024 Scope: Sourcing a used Metso mobile crusher in Germany, including OEM research, legal review, auction purchase and oversized logistics In 2024, ArcMoni's founder supported a Moldovan aggregates producer with the procurement of a used Metso mobile crusher from the German market. The project went beyond locating used machinery. It included market monitoring, research into the identified machine, direct communication with Metso, commercial comparison, legal review of the auction transaction, coordination of the buyer's inspection after purchase, and international oversized transport from Germany to Moldova. The Moldovan buyer purchased and paid for the equipment directly through the German auction. This case documents procurement work completed by ArcMoni's founder in 2024 before the ArcMoni brand was established.

Used Metso mobile crusher sourced, verified through direct OEM contact, and delivered to Moldova

Alternative Gas Analysis Equipment Sourcing for a Lithuanian Industrial Project

Client Profile: Industrial construction and plant-engineering company (Lithuania) Year: 2025 Scope: Alternative supplier sourcing in China for lower-cost gas analysis equipment for a planned annual requirement In 2025, a Lithuanian company involved in industrial construction was evaluating gas analysis equipment for use in its projects. The originally specified European equipment represented a significant procurement cost. The sourcing task was therefore to investigate whether a commercially more attractive alternative could be identified in China without limiting the buyer to the original European sourcing route. An alternative Chinese manufacturer was identified, supporting documentation and pricing were obtained, and the complete landed procurement cost - including logistics and customs-related cost assumptions - was calculated and presented to the client. The client ultimately did not proceed with the purchase and stopped responding during the project. This case represents a sourcing project that did not result in a purchase order. It is included because procurement work should be evaluated by the quality of the sourcing, comparison and decision support provided - not only by whether a buyer ultimately places an order.

Alternative Chinese manufacturer identified and engaged directly, beyond a marketplace listing
